Cup O Jane is now hiring Model Baristas. Please bring your experience and talent! Come join our fun exciting team! Good candidates should be willing to learn. No experience necessary as we will train you but experience is a PLUS! Must have excellent communication and customer service skills! Must be responsible, have the ability to show up to work on time and work well with others. Candidates should be comfortable with photo shoots, promotions and various types of marketing from passing out flyers to special events! We only hire the best, and our customers know it and love us for it! We take our customers very seriously and we do not accept bad attitudes, “know it all” attitudes or negativity. Candidates should be up beat, positive, able to take direction, constructive criticism and most of all willing to learn, regardless of your experience! We only want to hire Baristas who have the ability to work, fill in and help out when necessary.
